DAY 5
Woke up this cold but clear morning and found out I could see Mt Fuji from my window!
I went out today with Luke and Kate from Cheltenham. I met them on the train coming in from the Airport on Sunday. We started off going up to the viewing platform on the 45th floor of the Tokyo Government Metropolitan Building.
Its free to go up there which is great as you get the most fantastic views of Tokyo.
If you look closly, you can see Mt Fuji slightly to the left of the middle (it had got smoggier by then.)
A helicopter came in to land on top of the tower we were in which was fun...
This is Luke and Kate in a noodle bar we went to in Shinjuku. You find a food that looks nice, buy a ticket with that number on it then give it to the chef who cooks it! I'd be lying if I said that was a good system...
