Oz How to piss off an Aussie. Shout 'Get those bloody stars off our flag'

Back in Northbridge Again.

In Northbridge, after a couple of days of people going "Oh you're back" "Yep. Scarbouroghs Shit" I really did feel like I was back home. Unfortunately, it became everyone elses turn to leave. Joe, Jason, a top bloke and very good pool player called Gav, who we'd met on the Oz experience bus from Melbourne and we'd bumped into a bunch of times since, and who'd become part of the furniture at the underground had bought a car and were all heading up the towards Coral Bay and Exmouth etc.

Their last night started off with some clippers. Gav and Jason both agreed to shave their heads to see what it was like. I don't know why. They just did. Anyway, this caused major amusement to everyone and a pool party emerged from it.

Heres a pic which shows why the Underground should really be renamed 'Little Romford.' Carly (Stussy T-Shirt) and Marie (next to me) are the only ones not from Romford. From back to front its Ben, Michelle, Alec, Daryl, Tony, Joe and Me.

Have any pubs shut down recently? You know why.

These are some of the veterans of the Room 100 Party - Chris, Gayle, Me and Lee.

Room 100 Crew

The Shaven Headed West Coast Crew. (Dunno him), Gav, Joe and Jason by their Ford Falcon next day.

Would like to buy the special 'Millenium' edition Falcon.

Since then, I can't really give you an accurate description of what I've been up to as I've been drunk most of the time in most of the different bars here. I've spent far too much money and its going to pinch at some other part of the trip, but im glad i've done it. For the last three months i've tried to keep going, not get stuck in one place and only drink at birthday parties/leaving dos or worth while occasions. I've seen too many people fall into the trap of getting into a routine of drinking in different places every night just because they're there. They spend too much money and end up either working or coming home early. I've had to stay here longer than I thought because of my flight changes and though I started off with good intentions and an awareness to the dangers, Northbridge appears to have beaten me.

V. Drunk

Oh, and if you're wondering why the site has suddenly got a lot more wordy, I just bought myself a cheap second hand laptop. It's really old, runs on Windows3.1 and only has a floppy drive. Believe it or not, I reckon now I can type stuff offline I'll save loads of money in Internet cafe's (especially in the more remote places on my travels) and I can also type it up from the comfort of my bed. Here's me. Haaaard at work.

Me, hard at work
