Rialto Towers, Melbourne and Neighbours Night 17/2/3
We went up the Rialto Tower today, its the tallest building in Melbourne and has a viewing platform at the top.
Below is the view of the park (and lake) opposite our hostel where the Grand Prix will be held in a couple of weeks.

This is the Elephant and Wheelbarrow authentic 'English' pub. Above it is the 'Ritz Backpackers' where i've been staying. The pub isn't all that 'Authentic' though as it isn't in line to be bought by Wetherspoons and have its soul removed...
Each Monday they hold a Neighbours night where they get different members of the Neighbours cast to come and meet their adoring fans.
Unfortunatly I haven't really watched Neighbours in about 8 years so I didn't really know who I was meeting. I think he might be called Dr Kildare...

Actually this is the one person who I actually recognised. I think Goldfish was is in it when I used to watch it!!
And Doug again a bit later, I think he was more drunk than I was and may have just wee'd himself.
I managed to sink a lot of Red Wine that night and Im feeling the effects of it today. Luckily though, I chose to put off my Adelaide trip for a few days. Joe, Tony and the rest have all left on the 3 day Oz experience trip this morning, but Im gonna stick around until Tom gets back from Tasmania, then go up there with him.
